Khans Solicitors was established by Shahid Dastgir Khan, Managing Partner of the firm, in November 1985. The founder and Managing Partner has diverse experience gained over the last two decades in the files of criminal law, family law, immigration, refugees and human rights and has a wide range of experience including experience of several high profile cases.

The firm has a well established client base by virtue of its expertise and experience of over two decades. The firm provides advice and handles cases in the fields of Immigration and Refugees, Nationality, Human Rights, Family Law, Criminal Law, Employment Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Residential and Landlord & Tenant matters.

We can draw up all kinds of agreements for you such as business agreements, help settle disputes with others, draw up and/or attest documents such as Power of Attorney, Statutory Declarations, draft partnership or other agreements. We also help clients in advice concerning the making of a Will and Inheritance Tax planning. We can assist with litigation or disputes outside England and Wales since we have well established contacts with several overseas firms.

Where we are unable to provide a service, we try and assist clients with a suitable wherewithal so that they have an opportunity to make an informed decision according to their needs or requirements.

All staff at Khans Solicitors are fully conversant with Information Technology. The firm is well equipped to provide its clientele with practical, efficient and systematic solutions to their queries.
